Thank you to everyone who was part of “One Night Stand with Wayne Faust” on Sunday night! Thank you to our actors and directors – Suzanna, Deb, Guy, Doug, the other Doug, Joi, Lorraine, Dave and Randy – for bringing the stories and plays to life. And thank you to Wayne Faust for the five great tales of heartbreak, horror and humor. Thanks also to Beth, Bernie, Jeremy, John, Doug and the ushers for making the evening go smoothly.
Congratulations to Bernie Richard, who joins our 7Night Standers with this show!
Check out Wayne’s “Tales from the Road,” his short story collection that gathers some of the stories featured Sunday night and much more. You can find the book for sale online, along with his “Calek’s Tale” trilogy.
Our next show is “Dogs and Cats Living Together” on August 10th, which will be short plays and stories (and maybe a poem) about pets of all kinds and the humans who love them. We’ll announce the plays and stories in a couple of weeks.

We’re happy to announce the lineup for One Night Stand with Wayne Faust on June 22, featuring the work of this One Night Stand Theater favorite. Wayne has adapted two of his short stories into plays, and we are also featuring three of his stories, two of which are favorites from One Night Stand’s past:
-
Truth is stranger than tabloid fiction in “Emil and the Aliens.”
-
An extraordinary mother-and-son reunion takes place “On a Quiet Street Where Old Ghosts Meet.”
-
A man with a dark secret drives through a dangerous Nebraska on his way to the “Promised Land.”
-
A despondent immortal faces a new millennium in “Nothing Lasts Forever.”
-
A father and son return home after a long and perilous ocean voyage in “Sailing Away.”
We are gathering our ensemble of actors and directors to bring these tales to life. We hope to see you on June 22 to share this evening of science fiction, light horror, fantasy, humor and emotion.
